      Sorry to hear that! Did you try the link from the first paragraph to see if that works?

      Any info about the device you’re using (operating system?). Given the “please come back and try again later”, it’s possible that there’s just a service disruption.

    yeah, that seems to be always the case. I’ve tried in my devices and none seems to work. I don’t know why adobe has to create another product that doesn’t work. Put the video on youtube and be happy.

      Just to be clear, the video is great and well made (I was able to see one). The problem is the tool used to delivery it.

      The video works fine for me on both my Mac and iPad. I’ve found that if I have a flash blocker running, the video does not play. In Firefox or Chrome, make sure that you’ve enabled Flash for
